This is the Charlotte region’s only adult Level I trauma center, providing the most comprehensive care for critically injured patients 24/7. The facility includes in-house trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, and orthopedic specialists around the clock.

Level I Pediatric Trauma Center

The region’s only pediatric Level I trauma center, located on the same campus as Carolinas Medical Center.

Level II Trauma Center

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center 200 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28204 (704) 384-4000

A Level II trauma center capable of treating most traumatic injuries, with transfer protocols to the Level I center for the most severe cases.
